Coping with loss doesnt mean your weak

Loss teaches you something nothing else can.

Kaizen means "change for the better" β€” but no one tells you that some changes aren't chosen. That one day you wake up in a world where someone is no longer in it, and there's no "1% better" that fixes that.

Grief isn't failure. It's not an obstacle you overcome to get back to "improving." It becomes part of you, the same way that person was.

What Kaizen can offer instead is this: you don't have to carry it all at once. It's okay to just get up today. To just breathe tomorrow. To maybe laugh again the day after, without it feeling like betrayal.

Small steps. Not because the loss gets smaller, but because you learn how to carry it.

ζ”Ήε–„ β€” not as a promise that it gets better, but as a reminder that you don't have to rush. You only have to take the next step.

If you lost someone, reach out to people your not alone.
