Returns Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Kaizen Performance. We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days after delivery.
  • A reason for return is required.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible)

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you with alternative options.
  • Shipping for replacement items is free of charge.

Refund Options

You can choose one of the following refund methods:

Store Credit (+15% Bonus)

  • Receive your refund faster
  • Includes 15% extra value
  • Processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your return

Original Payment Method

  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Usually processed within 1–2 business days after return inspection

Return Processing

  • Returns are processed within 4 business days after arrival at our warehouse
  • Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense
  • Costs depend on the carrier and country of return
  • We do not cover import duties or customs fees
  • Please keep your track & trace receipt until your return is fully processed

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear (including socks)
  • Sale items
  • Items returned after the 14-day period
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not reported to customer service
  • Limited handmade products
