How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

Height: Measure from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight.
Fit Information

Regular T-Shirts: Choose your usual size for a standard fit.

Compression Shirts: These garments are designed to fit tightly against the body for muscle support and improved performance. A snug fit is normal.

If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit or the smaller size for a tighter compression fit.
